TOPIC

Antenna-on-Chip:Design,
Challenges and Opportunities

The objective of this section is to introduce, in a logical order, the design ,challenges, and solutions associated with AoC technology. It is designed for academics and researchers, on both side of the conventional divide of circuitsand antennas, who are now gearing to design and integrate radiating structureson silicon substrates.

TOPIC

Antennas for High Power
Electromagnetics Applications

Lectures on day 3 will be dedicated to Antennas on High-Power Electromagnetics applications. The talk will present in the first place a description of narrowband, mesoband and hyperband systems. Techniques for the design of effective radiators in high electric field environments will be introduced. Several example of antennas for high-power ultrawideband, high-power microwaves and mesoband applications will be introduced. Finally, the talk will present sensors for measurement and diagnostics for high intensity electromagnetic fields.
